SHIPPING TERMS
We ship all parcels with UPS and deliver to droppoints, business addresses or all the way to your home address. We use insured parcel service and you receive a track & trace no. when we ship the order.
Europe:
Delivery time is typically 2-4 business days.
Free delivery to droppoints on all orders above 99,95 EUR.
Delivery to droppoints is 9 EUR on orders below 99,95 EUR.
Delivery to your home address for an extra fee of 5 EU.
Same prices for business delivery as droppoint delivery.
Outside Europe (rest of world):
Send an e-mail to info@isay.dk and we will research the options for delivery to your country.
NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.
14 DAYS RETURN RIGHT
When you shop online at www.isay.com you have 14 days return right. Some items are not covered by this right, and it will appear in the ordering process. The right runs from the day you received the goods. If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve deadline is extended to the following Monday.
