Delivery and return

Packages from I SAY are shipped on the same day the order has been placed (in case the order is placed before 12.00, except weekends and public holidays). Packages are delivered within 2-7 working days, depending on destination country.

Return

We want you to be happy with all your new I SAY items. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it - it's very easy with our prepaid return label that cost 10 EUR. The shipping amount will be deducted from the refund.

You can return or exchange your Christmas presents until 31 January 2024.
