When a purchase is made on, the following terms and conditions are accepted.


2. Placing an order 

At, we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can almost always make a purchase on our webshop. However, it may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make online purchases when the shop is open and accessible.

The age limit for making a purchase on is 18 years, and a valid payment card must be associated with the purchase, which we accept. If you are under 18 years old, the purchase can be made with permission from a parent or guardian.

Based on the above, I SAY A/S disclaims any responsibility if a purchase is made on by a person under 18 years of age without permission from a parent or guardian.

When an order is placed on, basic data, including name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number, is submitted. I SAY A/S stores this information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Immediately after placing an order, an order confirmation is received. This constitutes a binding purchase agreement with us. Once the order is accepted, a delivery confirmation will be sent to the provided email address. Please check your spam folder or junk mail to ensure you receive the email with the order confirmation and delivery confirmation.

I SAY is not obligated to deliver goods that are out of stock.

You can always feel completely secure with your payments when shopping at I SAY. Any possible card fees associated with your purchase are covered by us. We only withdraw the money once the goods have been shipped. Prices are quoted excluding shipping. The total prices, including delivery costs, will be displayed before the final order confirmation. We reserve the right to change our prices without notice due to rising costs or general developments in retail prices. All purchase agreements, order confirmations, etc., are made in English and are settled in EUR.

Packages are delivered within 2-7 working days, depending on destination country.

You can select your shipping preference when placing your order. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track and trace link that you can use to track your package. If you are unsure about your shipment or if it is taking an extended time to arrive, please feel free to contact us, and we will investigate the matter.

As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to ensure that the address and mailbox display the correct and visible name, so that your package can be delivered by GLS or UPS.

If, for any reason, the package is returned to I SAY due to this issue, a handling fee of 10 EUR will be charged for the return, receipt, and processing at our warehouse. This means that your order will be treated as a return for a refund, and you will receive your money back minus a handling fee of 10 EUR.


5. Return

Return Instructions:

If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to register your return online via this link:

By registering your return, our customer service and warehouse staff will be informed that your package is on its way back. This also serves as your unequivocal statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You only need to use the provided return label and drop off the package at the post office as usual.

Here's how to initiate a return:

2. Select the items you wish to return and choose a reason.
3. Your return is now registered. You will receive an email with further instructions.

Please enclose the packing slip in your package and drop it off at the nearest post office, either UPS or GLS, depending on the carrier specified on your return label. Remember to request a receipt for the return. This is your assurance that we can track the package.

Please note that we deduct a minor fee of 10 EUR when using the provided return label. You are welcome to choose an alternative shipping method, but this will be at your own expense and risk, as we cannot insure the package.

When shopping online at, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase and then return the item(s) to us. Your right of withdrawal starts from the date you received your order.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product delivered in several batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore, keep your postal receipt and tracking number. Please return the item unused in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to reject an item if the packaging is damaged or otherwise unsellable. All original packaging, price tags, hangtags, etc., must be returned with the product, without having been tampered with.


When we receive your return package, we will inspect the items, and you will then be refunded the amount minus any return shipping fee. The amount is always transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase.

We process return shipments every Monday and Wednesday. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from when you send a package back until we and our warehouse have processed the return shipment.

Please be aware that it can be difficult to say exactly how long it will take before you receive your refund. This can depend on the customer's bank, and it varies from bank to bank. It can take up to 30 bank days before the customer's bank releases the amount. If, contrary to expectations, it takes longer, please kindly contact us at

If the product is damaged or otherwise unsellable, you may lose all or part of your purchase amount.

- You have actually used the items.
- They have been damaged while you were responsible for them.
- You have mishandled the item so that we can no longer determine its nature, characteristics, and the way it works.
- You have not followed the limitations on the right of withdrawal due to sealing, product type, etc.

Right of Withdrawal for Used Items:
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for items that you have used. If the item has been used, it can still be returned under the right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you are basically only allowed to inspect the goods, i.e., test your purchase as in a physical store. After receiving the item, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics, and the way the item works. If the item has been used, you can only receive part or none of the purchase amount back. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in value. The value is determined by what we can obtain for the item in further sale.

Purchase from a Retailer:
It is not possible to return or claim warranty on an I SAY item purchased from a retailer. We believe that our retailers are familiar with our high level of service and our clothing. If your item was purchased in a physical store, they are responsible for assisting with a solution, and therefore, we cannot offer anything in such a case.


6. Exchange

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, you can place a new order via our webshop Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges, as our warehouse system cannot handle this. You can always contact us if you need guidance on exchange options.

If you have used a discount code in connection with your purchase, we will ensure that your discount also applies to your exchange (applies only to exchange for a different size or color). All you need to do is contact us at regarding this.


7. Documentation of Your Purchase and Return Form

You should enclose a copy of the order confirmation, packing slip, or any other documentation of your purchase. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it, and you will receive a refund for the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase (excluding any shipping costs). The refund will always be transferred to the same payment method you used for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.


8. Your Rights as a Customer (Complaints)

As a customer, you are covered by a statutory 2-year warranty. If you wish to file a complaint about a product, it should be done within a reasonable time and no later than two months.

If your complaint concerns a defect in the product, we recommend that you contact us at as soon as the defect is discovered to expedite the complaint process. If we determine that there is a valid basis for your complaint, we will refund any expenses you may incur in returning the item to us. In the event that we cannot find a valid basis for your complaint, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

You are responsible for the package until we have received the item. Therefore, we recommend sending the item securely, obtaining a shipping receipt, and keeping it. If possible, obtain a tracking number.

When returning the item, please provide as detailed information as possible about the problem. Please use our return form. It's not mandatory, but it facilitates our handling of the case and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

I SAY A/S reserves the right to disclaim any errors and deficiencies in the content of the website and disclaims responsibility for sold-out items. However, in accordance with applicable regulations, we always strive to provide the most up-to-date content and materials in the correct version. If you discover any content that you find to be incorrect, you are always welcome to contact us.

We may change the content on the website at any time and are not responsible for notifying users of such changes. Therefore, we recommend reviewing our terms and conditions when using the website.
