Shipping, return & exchange

Delivery:

Free delivery on all orders above 99.95 EUR with UPS

Delivery is 9 EUR on orders below 99.95 EUR with UPS

For an additional 14 EUR, you can have the package delivered to a private address with UPS. 

 For business addresses, the same prices apply as for parcel box.

All our packages are insured and with track & trace number. When sending your package, you will receive a tracking number.

Return & exchange:

You can buy a return label from I Say by writing to care@isay.dk. Please note that we only have free shipping on exchanges, whereas in the case of a regular return, the customer will be deducted a small amount of shipping on refunds. Please fill in the enclosed return form as precisely as possible and send the package back from your nearest UPS. 

Exchange is only available if you want to change size or color of the same product and that it is free of charge. We reserve the right to cancel items if sold out. If the product is sold out, we will contact you by email. If we do not receive a reply within a few days, we will credit your order and you are more than welcome to make a new purchase.
